Spoiled? Oh yes, that describes Jessica Atherton. Does she like it? Not anymore. Jessica is struggling to put her spoiled ways behind her and live according to Gods will but after having been raised in an affluent family she is finding this very difficult to do. To complicate matters there are two men vying for her heart - one a rich lawyer who wants to keep her in the lavish lifestyle she has always known, and the other a hard working lawman who swore he would never love again after losing his family. Who will win her heart? Will she become the woman she longs to be and live according to Gods will for her life or will she succumb to the lure of a privileged life?
I enjoyed reading this book and watching Jessica struggle with right and wrong as she matures into a woman. Anyone who is a Tracie Peterson fan will enjoy this book. I look forward to the next book by this author.
