Caroline's Secret by Amy Lilliard

I really enjoyed this book! The story line grabbed me from the first page and only got better as the book went on. Caroline's struggle to "do the right thing" for her child in place of her own happiness is very real and easy to relate to. The author does a wonderful job of helping the reader to feel the emotions associated with the choices she has to make. The author doesn't let us down on the other characters either. We understand how they are feeling and their own struggle. We get to know them all. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a good Amish flavored book to sink their teeth into.

I was given a review copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
